Bright and modern beachy apartment just 1 block from Atlantic Ave and 15 minute stroll to the beautiful beach. All amenities to have a fabulous stay.

Guest have access to the whole unit. picnic table along with bright adirondack chairs and grill.

Getting Around:

Fabulous Location - Can’t wait to go back

I lived in Delray for 10 years and moved to Ga 2 years ago. This property location is fabulous - it’s 2 blocks from Atlantic Ave so you can walk to all the shops, restaurants and the beach is not even a mile away. Host was very accessible when needed. The house is clean and was the perfect home base for me and my sister. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

Location, Location, Location!

You cannot beat the location for this property. It is a quick walk to Atlantic Ave and all of the restaurants and shops you'll need without being so close that you hear the noise. It's a bit far to the beach but a lovely walk nonetheless. There were only two issues we encountered with the apartment - (1) the water pressure in the shower was incredibly low so probably needs to be looked at and (2) the air conditioning units work well but turn off when a certain temperature is reached which woke us mulitple times during the night. Maybe have an extra fan for white noise? Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay in Delray!

Great location in Delray Beach

Love this location - easy walk to "town square" just a few blocks away. We enjoyed visiting the restaurants and shops, plus the people-watching, in downtown Delray. Easy drive or bike ride over to the beaches, although I recommend bikes or walking because of the challenging parking situation (on the weekends). The unit is nicely decorated and has two good-sized bedrooms. It is an older unit, but we had all the room we needed with two teenage sons. The courtyard area is a nice place to relax, plus it has a gas grill for guests to use. Very quiet street and safe area to stay. The onsite host Peter was super friendly and is right around the corner if you need anything. Easy check-in process, keypad code to lock/unlock, full sized kitchen and ample supplies provided at check-in.

Great spot in Delray

Great location in Delray within walking distance of great food and easy walk back to the house. The house was clean and well maintained. Cute kitchen, good parking and WiFi. We would stay again purely for the location and host assistance.

Truly best place to stay in Delray!

My wife and I loved our stay! The location is perfect distance to everything and the host was extremely accommodating and helpful! Would highly recommend staying there and will absolutely stay there again!
