Nice place. I'd have no problem staying there again. Great location.Great view overlooking the river.Would have given 5 stars, but the unit needed painting, the 1970's shag carpeting was not vacuumed (based on what I stepped on), and a couple of very minor maintenance items.

Perfect location, great condo

Loved staying here. Easy walk to downtown with restaurants, brewpubs, etc... Loved the river view and loved the great outdoor activities in Bend!

The pool and hot tub is an awesome amenity to come back to after being on your feet all day! With being just a ten minute walk to the heart of downtown Bend, it makes for lots of adventure! We hope to see you back again soon!

Great location!

Location was outstanding! Riverview was awesome and close to everything! Only negative was the noise from guests staying above on our last night, other than that we loved our stay!

This unit is one of a kind when it comes to price, location and views! You are just a ten minute walk to the heart of downtown Bend, yet you have breathtaking views of the Deschutes River from the comfort of your own living room. As for the noisy guests, please be sure to call our office if something like this happens again. We have no problem giving our guests a kind reminder to keep the noise levels low. We hope to see you back again soon, maybe even this summer for some concerts?!

Loved our stay!

Great centralized location. A hidden gem actually. Walking trails close, park next door. Quiet, clean complex. Many shops and restaurants near by. Will definitely return!!

Nice unit. I for some reason thought it was on the first floor (I looked at a couple units) but it's on the second. This did make it a challenge with my 14 year old lab and the stairs. But it was a beautiful unit no matter what. The tub is jetted which I didn't know and it was amazing. I would stay there again. Note: bring your own cooking oils and spices. Non provided, including salt and pepper.

Shopping and eating

Loved the walkability to downtown. Enjoyed the amenities after camping for a few days. Music at the park on Thursday night made the trip extra special.

Place was as advertised. Good walking distance to bars and restaurants. Loads of parking on premises.

The location is perfect and the room very comfortable. Unlike many stays the air conditioning didn't sound like a jet engine and worked pretty well. One minor issue is that a bathroom fan didn't work. Location is amazing with a view of the river and the trail, which we used often.

Perfect location for a wonderful vacation in Bend

Well appointed and clean condo. We loved the location and ability to walk to downtown along the river can’t be beat!! Parking was plentiful!! The only cons are that the second bathroom fan didn’t work (easily fixable) and you can hear every step of the people directly above on the third floor (not much anyone can do).

Mother Daughter Time

Exactly what the picture showed. Great location to walk to downtown Bend. Easy to get to by car and then to access streets when adventuring out to other locations. Enjoyed waking up to the view of the river and trail.

Great location smart design

We really enjoyed the location, river view, park access, and pool. Although this unit has a smart design the shag carpet has an ick factor. The decor was lacking and showing wear. The unit was mostly clean except behind doors etc where there was an obvious build up.The price was good and overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a good place to lay our heads between outings.

River View Peace

Enjoyed very much staying at this nicely appointed condo. Cozy, clean, pretty view, close to park, all-around nice place. Only drawback for us was the futon/couch. Not especially comfortable for sitting and watching TV or reading. A comfier real couch would make this condo exceptional.

Love Bend

I had hoped to relax on the patio, but it’s chairs were not comfortable and the appearance of the patio was not welcoming. The futon couch in the front room was not comfortable. Everything was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were good. Nice bedroom and comfortable bed.

Great location!

This was a very cute and clean place! We loved being able to walk downtown and along the river trail. The bed was comfortable and having the space was great; even tho it was just 2 of us. My only complaint, and it’s so minor but just throwing it out there, is it would sure be nice to have more comfortable chairs on the back deck. The rickety wood chairs were not comfy, especially after a long day of outdoor activities! Next time we’ll bring our folding lawn chairs 😉

Bend condo

We loved almost everything about this condo. The only caveat to that was the cover on the futon in the living room. It was quite stained in many spots. We found a clean blanket to cover it and enjoyed our stay. The bed is queen sized, but very comfortable. The two full bathrooms were wonderful. The view and the sound of the river was so nice also. cover

Thank you for the feedback on the futon cover, Carol! We will be doing some research to see what we can find for a replacement and get one ordered ASAP. Other than this, we are so happy to hear you had an amazing stay! The unit is defiantly unique and unlike any other unit on property. It has just the right amount of a "cabiny" feel to cozy up and relax while taking in the views!
