Everything has been perfect, it is such a nice place and just steps from the pool, a quick drive to the beach. We had everything we needed there.

The host Brooke was phenomenal, we got in around 10pm the night of our check in and had a slight dilemma and she answered immediately and quickly solved the issue. The place was very cute and we loved the extra amenities of having a pool and ping-pong table on site. It was overall such a great stay and will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Great location for both car and bicycle for getting to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely like to stay again when we return to St Simons Island!

Brooke is personable and professional. Every question was addressed. Highly recommend her beautiful townhome. Not only is it in a great location on the island and beach, it’s within walking steps to the pool. An unforgettable week. I would most definitely rent again from her again in the future. Five Stars!

After staying at the same rental on SSI as a couple since 2021, we were wary of trying somewhere new. But fate worked out. Brooke's townhome was literally the perfect place for our new family of three. We had just the right amount of space, all of the things we needed (and then some), and convenient access to all the main locales of SSI. Brooke was wonderful to communicate with and has a lovely SSI themed interior filled with small touches such as local artwork and pleasant fragrances that really made it feel like a home away from home. We look forward to coming back for years to come!

We enjoyed our stay very much and Brooke was very prompt and easy to work with. The East beach is a short car ride away, and the location is also close to the Village pier, restaurants, etc. Loved the kitchen nook and nice sized closets! Beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of extra bedding. Thank you !

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was great and responded to our questions within minutes. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our family of six. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals throughout the week.The pool was just a few steps away, and the kids had a blast playing ping pong right beside it. We spent most of our downtime relaxing on the patio and enjoying the beautiful live oak trees throughout the property.We give this rental a 10 out of 10 and can't wait to come back and stay again next year!

Cozy Condo, Great Location!

My partner and I had a wonderful time in St. Simons Island and this cozy condo was the cherry on top of a perfect beach vacation. Great accommodations and located just minutes from a wide variety of dining options. 10/10 would stay again if this listing was available!

Another great stay

This was our second visit to this lovely home, and it won't be our last. The house is very cute, quiet, and comfortable, the host is wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond to any queries, and the location just can’t be beat - easy access to everything, on foot or by car. Looking forward to our next visit!

Very nice location and good accommodation would definitely repeat if ever return to the location there needs to be instructions to use the thermostat.

Great home in St Simons Island

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Everything was just as shown in the listing, very fresh and clean, as well as quiet. The location was perfect - minutes from the beach and from town. The host was very responsive, helpful and generous, and made sure we had everything we needed. We're already looking forward to a return visit.

Excellent Spot

This was an amazing place. It was fresh and bright and clean. There were towels galore. The owner was very responsive. She provided dishwasher, tablets, water and starter snacks. I would love to stay here again when I head back down.

Cozy and perfect for family with older kids

We loved the location. Decorated beautifully. Kitchen well stocked. Near the beach. Even had games. Great communication with owner. Loved both in kitchen. My college kids hung out while I prepared food. The booth even had built in chargers.

Spring Break Getaway

It was very nice and clean and very affordable. The only thing that I think would need updating would be the sofa bed. There was no sheets or a comforter or pillows to go with it. The bed itself with what cover it had on it was very nasty. Over all would stay here again. Hopefully next time the pool will be open & cleaned.

Listing spot on

We travel to St Simon’s every year and this hands down was the best rental we have been in. Pricing was great and the rental was beautifully updated/redecorated. We had everything we needed and the place was spotless. Location is perfect for going to the beaches and town via bikes. The pool and recreation area is well kept. Walking out the back door to have that right within steps was perfect. Communication with the owner was very easy and answers were replied to very quickly. We have no negatives with this one. We will return and rent again.
