Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice house but lack of cleaning

House is nice and at great location but couple of things bothered in my trip - Gas was not clean, used & dirty aluminium foils were used.Outdoor patio was not clean and maintained. Master bedroom door lock is not in good condition. Thanks

Great Location

Overall, we loved the house. The house is very spacious and roomy! It had everything we needed including K-cups and cooking spices and a washer and dryer. The cons are below: We could not cool the unit at night. If the unit has air conditioning, we could not find it. The back lower level deck is damaged and in need of repair. We did not walk out on it as it is not safe. Once it is repaired, it will be great! There is also a large collapsed storage building in the back yard that needs to be removed. This would be a hazard for small children.

Weekend In Tahoe

We had a wonderful stay for our ski weekend! The house is una great location so we were able to check out multiple mountains. Check in was a beeeze and we had everything we needed in site. The property has shovels and brooms for us to be able to dig our cars out and clear a path after the larger amounts of overnight snow fall. The fireplace was a nice touch while we hung out in the living room and relaxed after skiing/snowboarding all day! A few issues with the oven, it didn’t seem to get hot as we tried to cook salmon for about 40 minutes and we were running low in paper towel (also there were no tissues). Over all we had a great time despite these minor issues. We would definitely stay here again!
