Could this place be perfect?
We were looking forward to our stay here based on the pics and presentation online. Walking in the door...we were elated. This is an 56yr old home totally updated & reimagined!! Decor is on trend and well maintained. Kitchen is central, updated, completely custom, and ideal for interaction. Bedrooms are separate and do not share any common walls. Watched hockey on the huge TV in the front room that can easily accomodate 10. Did some impromptu wine tasting in the dining area where a bar set and shelf made the tasting easy and coordinated. The large kitchen island was perfect for congregating and eating. It is well appointed to support cooking almost anything, OH, the amount of nartural light in the house is outrageous - love the skylights in the kitchen area. All baths are udpated and modern. 2 of the 3 baths are walk in showers with elegant finishes. We spent a great amount of time in the back; coffee in the AM and grilling in the PM. We appreciated the grill and patio furniture under the pergola overlooking the pool. There are multiple nodes of seating in back too. House location is fantastic as well - 1 minute to grocery, 7 min to the ASU lacrosse field and campus, 2 minutes to the 101 freeway and access to Scottsdale and 2 minutes to the Superstitiion freeway (us-60) - the convenience to almost anything anywhere is superb. The host Drew has got this home dialed in. He is responsive and instructions were clean and concise. Will be back - for sure.
