Beautiful house

This was our second stay at this property. We really enjoyed it. Please see my review from 2023. The only negative is the same as I described in my prior review.

Great location and nice property

This property is very nice and we loved the proximity to NPC and downtown. The pool was great and manager was responsive. Has everything you need for cooking or going to the beach with chairs and cooler and even fishing poles. Will return. Great for a family or 3 couples.

His house was perfect for our stay in Naples! Location was great, house was beautiful and well equipped, and communication with the host was superb. We will stay again!

My wife and stayed here with our two daughters. Absolutely beautiful place. Manager was great, house was great, pool was great. 100% recommend!!

Beautiful house

Property was exactly as pictured/described. We really liked the open layout of the house and the pool area with the closed-in fence around the property. All the furnishings in the house were very comfortable and we liked the decor as well. Kitchen had everything we needed, and it had a nice butler’s pantry to keep appliances and other items out of sight. Most of the other properties next door and on the same road are not well kept, and there is a sod business across the street with trucks going in and out. However, we felt like we had our own little oasis in the backyard/pool area because the fence made it private and it was quiet. The pool has a shallow shelf area, which is really nice for small children. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Celebration Park and several other food/drink options along Bayshore Drive (check out the Real Macaw). Bayshore Drive is a busy street with fast moving cars so we mostly went downtown when we wanted to take longer walks. Downtown Naples is a short drive. Also, it doesn’t take long to drive to other beach areas like Lowdermilk Park and Clam Pass Park, but there are many beach access points from downtown. Baker Park and the Greenway is also close for walking through the south Florida vegetation and along the Gordon River (checkout Naples Electric Bikes for e-bike rentals and meet them at Baker Park to start your ride). We spent a month at the house and found it very comfortable and enjoyable, especially the pool area. Also, the property manager responded to all our questions in a timely manner. We would book it again.

We love the Bayshore Arts District of Naples! It is an eclectic community with unique small business, wine bars, Celebrations food truck park and bar on the water, yoga, coffee, kayak rentals and it's so close to everything Naples and Marco has to offer!

This is not a gated community, yet it is a friendly community and the house is extremely safe with the gates to access the back yard locked for your privacy. You can park inside our 2 car garage and there is tons of room for you and yours to stretch out and enjoy the open airy vibe inside. We are so thankful to have this rock solid home to share with you in the Bayshore Arts District of Naples!
