Welcome to Buffalo Whiskey at Eagles Nest!

This stunning home has four bedroom bedrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a hot tub, and stunning long range mountain views. When you enter into the living room, the magnificent fireplace is the focal point, with the seating gathered around. The spacious kitchen features stone counters and a large island for workspace. Both a Keurig and a standard coffeemaker are provided, along with well stocked cabinets for your cooking needs. The dining table comfortably holds 8 guests, with room for four more at the island.

On the main level, you'll find the king suite. It has deck access that opens to gorgeous mountain views, the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee! The attached bath features a custom tiled shower, and double granite vanity. You'll find a second king suite upstairs complete with ensuite bathroom with a custom shower, double vanity and vessel sinks. Just steps away upstairs is a queen bedroom and bunk room that features two sets of twin bunks. Perfect spot for the kids!

You'll also find a game room with large screen TV, pool table and mini fridge!

Outside on the spacious deck you'll find a cozy wood burning fireplace with large screen TV above. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the views and the game from the same spot!

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- While animals have been in the home previously, this home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Firewood for the outdoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Security Cameras are in place outside of the home. These do not point into the home or on decks.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
