Say bye to long walks and Uber. This cute sun filled condo are just steps to the beach, a five-minute walk to Seacrets and within walking distance to the convention center! You get to see a peak of the ocean from this second-floor deck, a dedicated parking spot plus a easily walk back and forth to the beach for snacks, lunch and even bathroom breaks. We also have a hose right near the steps to wash off your feet and sandy beach gear. This adorable studio sleeps four people with a queen bed and queen leather pullout couch. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee bar, and an office station area to allow you to work remotely. Finally, we have a cute table which faces the southward direction for an early sunrise morning breakfast or evening sunset dinner.
We do not rent to 25 and under, this is a walk up to the second floor, and no smoking on the premises due to building policy. We do not provide linens or enough paper products for a full week’s stay however upon check-in you will find a welcome bag with toilet paper, soap and paper towels to ensure you have a great start to your stay. You are encouraged to bring your own towels and sheets but upon request we can provide the contact information of a reputable linen rental company in town if you prefer. All renters must be 25yrs or older, no vaping, smoking or pets, just fun, relaxation and building memories please! Ocean City License
