This private basement level apartment is very spacious! Guests will have their own private driveway and entrance. The home has 2 full bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a full kitchen and dining room as well as a workspace. Walk to shopping, bars, restaurants, the beltline walking/ biking path and the Eastern concert venue! This is one of the best neighborhoods to stay in all of Atlanta!

Grant Park is a residential district, known for its Victorian mansions and Craftsman bungalows. Its namesake park is laced with walking trails and home to the popular Saturday farmers market and Zoo Atlanta. Nearby Oakland Cemetery has ornate monuments and the graves of notable Atlantans, like “Gone With the Wind” writer Margaret Mitchell. Young locals gather on Memorial Drive for Tex Mex, noodles and pub fare, breweries and The Eastern concert venue.
? Please be respectful and avoid excessive noise and loud music. Noise complaints will result in immediate removal of the home.


?The person booking must be present for the entire stay. Extra visitors require express written consent from Host. Violation will result in termination of reservation with no refunds.


? ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING


No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.


? PETS


We just love furbabies but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at this time. Any unauthorized pets will be charged a $175 fee


? LONG TERM STAYS


Any guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $55.


??No mail or packages may be delivered to the property.


? NO PARTIES


No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party or we receive a noise complaint, we will call the authorities. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. Any unapproved guests will also result in immediate removal of the home.


? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $300 FEE.

Please respect the home as if it were yours. Guests are expected to keep the property in the same condition as they arrived. We work hard to provide clean and comfortable accommodations and amenities for our guests. Damage to property or furnishings will be charged at cost of repair or replacement and must be reported immediately.


Guests release the host of any liability related to injury loss, theft, damages or death.
