Our Happy Place - Family-friendly home close to everything!

Welcome to Our Happy Place! A newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beaches, shopping, Hertz Arena, PGD and RSW. This home features 2 large open living rooms, a heated screened in pool, a dining space and an office space. Our family friendly home has everything you need for the perfect getaway, come take a splash in beautiful Southwest Florida!

You will enjoy the open layout of this home and the beautiful finishes that we have added.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need - dishware suitable for both adults and children, drinking glasses, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, crockpot, hand mixer and a Keurig coffee machine as well as a drip-pot. You will enjoy the quartz countertops and the soft close cabinets and drawers. There is a dining room table with seating for four and bar seating for four, there is also an outdoor dining table with seating for six. For safety purposes, there is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit supplied.

The first living room located in the front of the home is tastefully decorated with pops of yellow. Both of the sofas fold out into beds. The second living room is located just past the kitchen and features a large sectional, where you can sleep more guests. It is equipped with a large flat screen streaming TV.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, an office space for any work needs and two large closets. The master bathroom is connected and has a jack and jill vanity with a large walk-in shower. The pool can be directly accessed through the sliding doors.

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and just across the hall is the third bedroom and second bathroom. The third bedroom has a trundle bed, both single sized mattresses. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and connects directly to the pool area.

The outdoor space features the screened in heated pool, outdoor dining and seating areas and a BBQ grill. Outside of the screened in lanai is the she-shed.

The garage does only have access from within the home currently. The garage is where you can find the washer and dryer.

There is a security camera/recording device on the outside of the front door.

Perfect Place

We loved the location. Close to everything for us. The house was as advertised. It was very clean. It was fully stocked. That was huge because we got in late at night and we've been places that didn't have things like toilet paper such and this place did. Would come again!

Everything was new and clean! Was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Had everything we needed in the house. We had a great time here!

Amazing House and Host!!

1. Host Jumana is a super lovely person and easy to talk. She was always helpful and a quick responder. She has excellent taste in designing different details. Jumana did a great job of feeling you comfortable like at home! 2. House is super clean! The cleaner does a great job too. All surfaces were shining. The rooms smell nice and fresh. The beds were clean and washed. 3. Location The house is in a quiet place. 5-10 min drive to different famous stores and restaurants. 4. Details In the house, you can find everything you need! A lot of extra pillows, blankets, and bed stuff. A lot of things for cooking. If you have a baby you can find even a dining chair. Bunch of things for kids to play with sand on a beach. A lot of inflatable things for having fun in a pool. Everything is thought out. You will find everything you need!! 5. House has a very comfortable dining and living room area. 6. Patio The patio is big and nice! You can grill, rest on a couch or have dinner outside. Hude TV will entertain you a lot. The pool is nice to swim in for all the family and relax on a mattress )) We so much recommend this host and house!! 100 of 100 stars!!! 😀😀 Thank you Jumana for making us feel at home!!🤗🤗 PS. There are a lot of candles everywhere which make your stay much more romantic!!😍
