Beautiful beach view. Could watch the dolphins every day from our patio. Beautiful facility.

Perfect Location

This location is perfect. Easy access to beach. Despite the renovations at the property, this is a prime location. Right on the beach and close to all attractions.

The Aegean complex has the best view in town and is well-maintained. We have stayed at several different units over the course of 15 years and normally have very good experiences. We were disappointed in this unit due to some subpar housekeeping issues, as well as some appliances and some wiring that needed replacement (all of which I contacted Emerald Coast Agency about on our first day there). There was a pile of dirty, used towels in the second bathroom cabinet. I contacted Emerald Coast and was told they would contact the property manager and someone would collect them. No one ever did , even after multiple texts about this. The floors looked nice, but they were dirty and gritty. The dryer had rust outside and inside and there were bare wires sticking out of the walls to go to the closet lights. We found the king mattress to be hard as a rock. These problems seem like they could be easily corrected and if so, this unit would be a nice unit to stay in.

I booked very last minute, but the VRBO description does not include the information about all the construction. I didn’t realize until they sent a confirmation and indicated the price reflected all the construction and it was too late to cancel. The furniture is old, dirty and very uncomfortable. The shining star was the view and proximity to the beach. The floors were not clean. If you walked around inside your feet would be black. Did it the first night and wore shoes after that.
