Waterfront private heated pool home in Cape Coral

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place with your own heated private pool on a salt water canal. Entire home recently updated providing guests with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living spaces with access to the pool and lanai - a space ready for family fun. We have two kayaks and provide beach gear to kayak down the canal or a enjoy a day trip to the beach. An arcade system with 1000’s games for 2 players provides a variety of entertainment for all ages.

In a quiet neighborhood close to dining, retail, and entertainment venues. We are on a wide canal with gulf access where you can enjoy watching the jumping fish, fishing in the canal, watching the boats go by or even the occasional dolphin or manatee. There is a private pool overlooking the canal under a screened in pool cage. Please note that the pool cage does prevent most debris from falling into the pool but during the rainy season there may be some bugs after the rain. There is a pool net for guests to use.

There are four bikes for your use along with beach towels, beach chairs, a small cooler, and pool floats. There are two 10’ kayaks for use on the canal and must be returned to the kayak rack. If they are left on the dock and float away during high tide, you will be charged $400 per kayak. We are kid friendly and supply a few amenities including a pack-n-play with a mattress and sheets, an audio baby monitor, dishes, bibs, books, a bumbo chair with tray, outlet covers, and a baby bath support.

There are three TV’s, one in each living room and one in the lanai so you can enjoy a movie or the game grilling by the pool. They are all smart TV’s, two are Roku TV’s with various apps for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu etc. There is a dedicated workspace with a monitor and a coffee bar for your morning caffeine fix.

We use unscented free & clear laundry detergent, and provide a starter kit including four rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and dishwasher pods. There is a gas grill for your use which must be cleaned immediately after each use. If not cleaned at checkout, there is $50 grill cleaning fee.

Please understand that due to hurricane Ian, the two windows in the main bedroom cannot be opened. All other doors and windows are fully functioning.

Each guest will receive a personal door code that is only active during their stay. There are security cameras on the property with outside views overlooking the driveway, canal, pool area, and one inside the garage; the pool cam may be unplugged while in use but it must be plugged back in when away. Tampering with the cameras or WIFI will result in $1000 fine.

If you are traveling with an RV or boat trailer, please message prior to booking as the city does require special permits to park recreational vehicles in the driveway and there is a 10-day limit. We'll help obtain the proper permits for your stay at no extra cost.
