You’ll love this upscale beach retreat for its gorgeous decor, short walk to the beach, and blazing fast internet speeds! Inside, you'll find a beautiful kitchen, soothing bedrooms, sleeping arrangements for ten, and we're pet friendly!

We're walkable to the beach and Destin Commons and just a short drive from Henderson Beach S.P., Destin's HarborWalk Village, SilverSands Outlets, Grand Boulevard at SanDestin, and so much more. You cannot beat this beautiful home or its amazing location!

We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.

The space:
This three bedroom home includes a primary bedroom with king bed and adjoining bath, a secondary bedroom with king bed and hall bath, and a third bedroom that includes a full over full bunk bed. Additionally, the living room sofa folds out to a queen. Home features a spacious porch, ample living room, and a fantastic kitchen to prep family meals. Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced. Your pet is welcome to use the bathroom in the backyard but they should be on leash when doing so.

Other things to note:

Pets: Up to two dogs are permitted with payment of a $130 pet fee. You may bring a third dog contingent upon my approval and payment of an additional $50 through the Resolution Center. We do ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens, and pick-up after your pet in the backyard. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

This community features a gorgeous swimming pool. This amenity is managed by the building HOA, and can be taken offline for repairs or maintenance with no notice. These events are beyond my control and we cannot offer refunds if there is a closure that impacts your stay.

Our property has a surveillance camera and/or smart doorbell located by the front entry. There is another camera in the garage. These devices are strictly for security purposes.
