We have recently purchased this home, so all of the furnishings are brand new or upcycled.

This is our home as well, we care for it like a home, not a rental, we stay here. We want to be comfortable; we want you to be comfortable.
I do not require you to clean before checking out. You already pay a cleaning fee for this:)


This listing is for the entire home including the private backyard with fence, swimming pool (heating/cooling, free!)hot tub, patio area, and built-in gas barbecue grill and garage. The home is 2100 square feet, newly furnished with coastal decor and plenty of space for you to relax. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

No pets, smoking inside, parties or events. Must be 25 to rent, must be willing to provide proof of age.
No pets allowed. We have people that are deathly allergic to pet hair. If you have an animal, this is not the best house for you. If you bring in an animal, you will be charged a $300 service fee for extra cleaning. Please do not bring an animal.

Master bedroom (main floor) w/ King size bed, ensuite bathroom w/ dual sinks, shower and soaker bathtub, massive walk-in closet on main level.
Guest bedroom (2nd floor) 1 w/ Queen size bed and a queen-sized air mattress.
Guest bedroom 2 (2nd floor) w/ 1 full size bed and a bunk bed, twin over full. Pack-n-play.
Additional Full Guest bathroom on the second floor.
Additional Half bathroom on main level.

5 tv's throughout the house, all bedrooms have tv's with Amazon Firesticks, all ready to stream your favorite movies or shows.

iPhone chargers and an Apple Watch charger in the master bedroom.

Open kitchen area, granite counters, a ton of counter space and 6 counter stools. Toaster oven, blender, coffee pot and coffee, toaster, waffle maker, all the utensils and tableware you need.
Large open family room, and quiet den area.
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner are also available.
We supply most items needed for your stay. You shouldn't have to run to the store to buy more garbage bags, dishwasher tabs etc..

Driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Garage can also accommodate 2 (small to medium) cars.
This home is in a VERY quiet and laid-back neighborhood. We have many hummingbird feeders. Sit out front or back in the peace and quiet and watch the hummingbirds!

POOL:
Lounge chairs, pool floaties, goggles, sunscreen, beach towels, water ball racquets available.
The pool water can easily get uncomfortably warm in the summer with temps so high (think a warm bath). Our pool has a cooler that can make the water a more refreshing temperature.
This is a sports pool, about 4 feet on each end, deeper in the middle. Perfect for water sports!

There is NO security gate for the pool, please be aware if you are bringing young children. There is an alarm on the sliding door and also the patio door is made to be difficult to open to deter children, but it may not stop your child if they are strong enough.
Heating/Cooling is free.
The pool is self-cleaning, no hoses to worry about!
*Please note: The pool heater relies on the ambient air temperature. If it is very cold outside, the pool may not get up to temps that you expect. Please reach out with any questions.

PUTTING GREEN:
Clubs and golf balls available.

The home is located near the White Tank Mountain Regional Park (slight mountain view from the back yard), great hiking!
Close to Phoenix International Raceway, and 18 miles from Glendale Stadium, home of this Year's Superbowl!
Surprise is home to the Southwest's largest tennis & racquet complexes, professionally designed golf courses, an urban fishing lake & aquatic center. Each spring, our population explodes when we welcome the Kansas City Royals &Texas Rangers and many others during Spring Training!

REMINDERS:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am.
*Vendors such as pool, landscape, pest control, etc. may access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.
