Welcome to JT'S Landing!
Enjoy the quiet comfort and serenity of
country life with the access of the village and ski resorts. Nestled in the enchanted mountains just outside the village of Ellicottville in Mansfield, NY.
Living Room: Sit and relax in the large spacious living room with inviting fireplace with plenty of seating.
Kitchen: Country kitchen equipped with a new smart stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, water cooler are available.
The kitchen has pots, pans, dishware, cutlery, baking sheets, wine glasses and most things you will need to enjoy lovely meals inside. We also provide BBQ utensils for grilling season.
We have both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee pot as well as an electric tea kettles. We provide K cups, ground coffee and tea bags to get your mornings started right! We also offer basic kitchen amenities such as olive oil, salt, pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap.
The adjacent dining area has a dining table that can fit up to 8 guests with 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar.
Eight-piece silverware set available for guests. Included are plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons and knives
Also included is a corner cupboard with a variety of wine glasses, wine bottle opener
Master Bedroom with king size bed with king pillows and extra cozy comforter. Large dresser with 55 inch smart television
Other bedrooms
2nd bedroom: Queen size bed with a sitting chair for your comfort. Also included is a television with ROKU attached.
3rd bedroom: Also has a queen size bed and smart TV.
There is also a daybed in the loft area with a sitting area for that extra guest!
Outdoors: We have a picnic table, 2 person swing, ski rocker and grill which includes propane to enjoy time outdoors. Weather permitting, we offer a firepit which includes firewood and cornhole.
*You are renting the cabin and the immediate grounds/driveway. The garage/outbuilding/ old tree house is off limits. There may occasionally be other people present on the land whether it's for landscaping and general maintenance.
*For your safety, the pond is off limits for swimming. Please keep an eye on your children at all times.
The cabin is on a well and septic system. You can experience lower water pressure and showers may need to be spaced out.
We are located in the beautiful, enchanted mountains and are in a country setting. You may encounter flies, mosquitoes, ladybugs, toads, caterpillars and a variety of other insects and animals. Feel free to evict such intruders. We have an exterminator who manages the property.
We are 3.5 miles from HoliMont, 4.3 miles from the village and 5.6 miles from Holiday Valley. Everything is within a 15 min drive. Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamaca is less than 20 minutes
*Snow during the winter can create hazardous driving conditions. Keep in mind, that we often get quite a bit of snow in these parts and as such you may need 4 - wheel drive at times.
*Please note, due to severe family allergies, this is a pet-free property. Service dogs still welcome.

I was born and raised in Western NY and have been coming to Ellicottville my entire life. My family has been coming out here for over 70 year. JT'S Landing was inspired by my father John Thomas who loved spending his time here. He was a master carpenter who started building the cabin in 2001 from a log kit he purchased in North Carolina. It was his dream to build this cabin. There are personal touches throughout including the corner cabinets he built from scratch from trees from the property.
I enjoy being a host because I get to meet so many different people and families from all over the country. It's my hope you will enjoy your time here and build memories and traditions you can talk about for years to come.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft
The property has been in my family since 1952. My grandfather purchased this to give my father, uncle and aunts the opportunity to get away from the city. At one time there were only 5 houses on the entire road. We call the cabin the farm and prior to 1952 it was a working cattle farm with an old farmhouse that was torn down in 1970.

It's a small piece of heaven that offers peace and tranquility to those who seek it. Generations of my family have come out here and wonderful memories have been created. Situated on 100+ acres you have the benefit of country living with the village of Ellicottville only 10 minutes away.
