Inside, you'll find an expansive, one-level layout, ideal for entertaining family and friends. Don your chef's hat and step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up family favorites while the kids play a game of pool and the adults step over to the bar area and mix a cocktail. Virtual check-in is mandatory, as we need to verify that registered guests are at least 55 years old. HOA requires the IDs of all guests who will be staying in this vacation rental before arrival.
Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts.
Spa heat is turned on from the home at the guest's discretion.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
