We wish this had been brought to our attention during your visit, as we would have done our best to address it right away. Our understanding at the time was that you left during the night instead of the morning because your husband needed to return for work, so we were surprised to learn afterward that the bedding was also a concern. We appreciate you letting us know about the cover and general upkeep items. We will review these carefully with our cleaning and maintenance team and make improvements where needed.
