The Space:

This fantastic property boasts an extensive interior remodel, all-new furniture, and a great location for any season—complete with a private hot tub offering unbeatable views of Mt. Crested Butte.



The first floor centers on a large, beautiful chef's kitchen with an expansive island and upscale appliances, opening onto a bright, open floor plan ideal for the whole group. The dining area seats 8 (plus 4 more at the island) and sits adjacent to a heated sunroom with foosball and deck access, while the living room offers a large Roku TV for streaming and a gas fireplace. Two ground-floor bedrooms—one king, one queen—share a large full bath with a shower and double vanity. This floor also includes a small foyer with bench and hooks, a full-size washer/dryer, and access to the attached 2-car garage (1 vehicle inside, plus room for 4 more in the driveway).



Upstairs, two more guest rooms share a full bath with a tub: one with a king bed, and a "bunk room" with two twins and a queen, plus a sitting area with a large smart TV and Roku for streaming.



End your day with a soak in the private outdoor hot tub, Mt. Crested Butte looming nearby, or gather around the fire pit for stories. A free, year-round, on-demand van service connects the property to the ski resort, with a free bus onward to the town of Crested Butte. In summer, popular hiking and biking trails are just outside the door—ride right from the house!



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees. 

NO trailers.  There is a ring doorbell at this property.  



Renters 25 years and older are welcome.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

The Neighborhood:

Paradise Road is a tightknit community of local and 2nd homeowners. Its not uncommon to see people out and about on walks, working in their yard or conversing with their neighbors.
