Great location but not very clean
Overall the location was great and the house was really cute. Loved having the screened in porch to hang out in since it rained most of the time we were there. On the nice day we had, it was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and would’ve been walkable to a few of the restaurants there.
Our biggest issue was the cleanliness. The comforter on the one bed had what looked like multiple blood spots as did the couch in the living room and a small spot on the counter. We found it in the evening and they did come out by mid morning the following day with a new comforter and tried to clean the couch. They said the furniture has just been cleaned so it must have just been stained. Floors were dirty to the point our feet were black after walking around and there were multiple layers of dust on the book shelves. We ended up doing our own clean of the floors and kitchen/living room, and using our own linens.
Also had a broken closer on the storm door that they had someone come out to fix the following morning as well. Staff was very friendly and did try to fix the issues. It was just hard to get beyond the lack of cleanliness from the get go
