This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. Neighbor kids shovel sidewalks of those in need and neighbors know and look out for one another. After dark it's quiet other than laughter shared among friends sitting around the patio in the summer.

A walk to the bars and restaurants is feasible for even the youngest guests, but a bike ride is even more fun. Inquire about the availability of bikes during your stay!
The entire home is yours to enjoy. When you enter you'll find a great laundry room to set all of your recreational toys, coolers etc. The front porch is open seasonally. Inquire about garage space for bikes if needed.
This house is brand new to Airbnb but thankfully your hosts are not. We're working to add charm and our personalized touches, but the house has so much character and appeal on its own.

The main floor has a great layout and provides the opportunity to spread out and have separate areas for conversation and gathering. There is a king bedroom with an attached bathroom so stair-free living while staying here is no problem. Its also possible to rent just the main floor at a discounted rate during the off season. Inquire for more information.

Upstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kids have an additional 'hang out' room with a TV, game system and comfortable couch. We hope to provide opportunities for guests of all ages to enjoy the space, relax and make memories that last a lifetime!
Boyne City is a community of mixed travel.. Most businesses have bike racks outside, parking is usually a breeze but walking is also safe at all hours of the day and night. There is a shuttle that transports people to and from Boyne Mountain. Inquire about more information.

Parking at the house is free. There is room for four vehicles. Two in the driveway and two in the grass between the sidewalk and the road. Street parking is not allowed overnight in the city.
