MINI-WEEKS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR 'ROUND! Perfect landing spot if you can't stay a full week... If you can, enjoy a 20% discount! Adorable and comfortable, 2 BR, 2 BA condo offers a 2nd floor entry, decks, washer & dryer. You'll love the lake view from the rear deck and the fabulous community pool. Perfectly located in Spring Lake, you can take a walk on the nature trail that borders the community, or take a short bike ride to the beaches, restaurants and shops of Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. (1st Floor offers a bedroom with Queen bed and adjoining Hall Bath. 2nd Floor Bedroom is a loft open to downstairs living area with 1 Double, 1 Twin and 1 Twin with additional trundle underneath plus a Full Bath.) Guest pays a $120.00 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very well maintain location, close to everything. Only complaint was the ant population in unit. Got completely over run on our last dat, felt like the ants were kicking us out. They were all over everything and in our luggage.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as described, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well supplied. We (family of 3 adults, two teens) spent a week here. There were plenty of beds in the large loft to accommodate an adult and the two teens; The kids loved the pool, which they preferred after a few hours at the beach ( we drove to the National Seashore due to the large crowds in Rehoboth); the only negative, which was a small inconvenience is that the photo of the deck on the vacation rental site showed a grill on the back deck. We had purchased a bag of charcoal before we arrived only to find no grill and to learn later from a neighbor that outdoor grills on this kind of condo are illegal in this area. Other than that minor inconvenience we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would rent here again.
