It’s an easy stroll to Dillon’s downtown dining options, as well as the Dillon Marina and Dillon Amphitheater. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just seven miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort that’s a 3-minute walk from the condo. You and your group will have a great time at Lake View Condo!

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for up to six guests. The living area features a stone floor to ceiling gas fireplace along with a flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventures. The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed, including a dining table for six.

Other amenities include a shared indoor hot tub, game room, onsite laundry facilities and charcoal grills, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

The fireplace kept the place super warm. The location was perfect for me to get all over Summit County, quickly and efficiently.

I had directions for arriving and departing that were clear.
