Registration fee: $50 per guest, paid at reception.

The Space:
Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• King size bed in the first bedroom;
• Full size bed and Full sofa bed in the second bedroom;
• sofa and TV in the living room;
• Washer & dryer;
• Ironing equipment;
• 1 assigned parking spot.

Guest Access:
There is a $50 per guest registration fee that has to be paid at the front desk (only for adults).

As our guest, you get full access to the following amenities:
• Pool
• Gym
• Outdoor barbecue area.
• 1 free assigned parking spot

Please note that the parking will only fit regular-size cars. Oversized vehicles won´t have space to be parked.

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The Neighborhood:
The building is centrally located in Midtown Miami. Its location places you steps from the restaurants, bars, and shops at Midtown Miami as well as within 5 minutes of the luxury shops and restaurants in the Miami Design District. By car, the Midblock condominium is 3 minutes from Wynwood Miami, 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 18 minutes from South Beach.

Getting Around:
Parking is included in the price of the stay. Vehicles must not exceed 6.8 ft

Other Things to Note:
Important: We would like to inform you that the building is currently undergoing a restoration project. During this period you may experience occasional inconveniences, including restricted access to specific areas and elevated noise levels during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our community.

Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.

All visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 fee.
