Perfectly located just minutes away from both the beach & downtown Sarasota, this beautifully appointed vacation home is the perfect destination for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing and fun-filled getaway.

We have bikes, paddle boards, beach and pool necessities. Kitchen is fully equipped w/ everything you need & the bedrooms are filled with style and comfort.

There weren’t three working showers. Not hot water in garage bathroom The couch covers were not cleaned Dust dirt and broken toys under couch The water heater had an alarm going off daily. Small bedroom with sofa bed had no air conditioning vents. Very warm and stuffy.

Great Location and Great Backyard!

The house is in a great location, close to everything. This is our first time in 20 years of going to Siesta Key that the pool was wam enough to swim in. Mindy was very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this property!

Disrepair, understocked and dirty

There are several items to like about the property. The communal space both in the living room and outside bar are spacious. The hall bathroom has been remodeled and was very nice and the kitchen was very large. The beds were comfortable and the location for going to siesta, downtown or the grocery store was very good. Unfortunately the property majorly disappointed. It was not as advertised, in disrepair, dirty and understocked which took away from a family reunion experience. It lists as a 3.5 bathroom which is correct but one of the bathrooms is in the garage, door doesn’t shut and the shower is unusable due to its condition and dirt. Having 3+ bathrooms for adults was a key factor in selecting. Several items were in disrepair and unusable including the chairs by the fire pit, the bench in the dining room, window shades wouldn’t work. The kitchen was understocked for the size of the house with core essentials. This included not enough coffee cups for 6 adults, no cooking spoons/ladels, no oven mits or cloths for baking etc. Finally, the house was dirty in many areas. The core house was clean but the garage, outside bathroom, laundry area, garage bathroom all had major dirt, sand, empty bottles lying around, and stained fabrics that just made you not want to be in those areas. Unfortunately when raised to the owner, the response was “sand is part of the beach. Go to the Ritz if you want better”. After >50 rentals, this majorly disappointed.

Nice house in a quiet area

Overall, I'm really happy with the stay at the house. It's in a great location, a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space is beyond what I was expecting - it's a huge patio, pool, and cabana. There were some games, but I mainly lounged and did some work. Inside the home, the kitchen is large - ideal for a larger group that wants to cook. I used the coffee pot and microwave, but there are two refrigerators and plenty of counter space. A nice large table is opposite the kitchen. The living room is inviting with a large sectional couch - comfy! Our bed was the king -- not as comfy as home, but I slept fine. My only complaint was that the AC is on a smartphone, and I couldn't change the temp for the bedroom. Fortunately, it wasn't too warm, and I opened the windows at night. Again - minor issue. I didn't want to pester the host about it, as we were gone almost all day anyway... If you've got a larger group, this would be a great accommodation. We live nearby and are having work done on our house, so this wasn't a typical vacation stay - but we enjoyed our time here - a nice change of place. Thank you!

Awesome for family vacation!

Home was spacious for me and my adult children and grandchildren. Loved the location and neighborhood. After spending part of the day on the beautiful beaches, biking, canoeing in the local mangroves, or shopping the many quaint shops, we all enjoyed the evening in the pool or playing corn hole! Really enjoyed the backyard space!!
