NEW-Arcade game console, Air Hockey, Kid's play kitchen! Classic 1896 Victorian Home totally remodeled from the inside out! Immaculate family hangout that sleeps 12 guests, with 5 master bedrooms & bathrooms. Our fully loaded kitchen is complete with a Commercial Wolf Stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (coffee, creamer, sugar, honey as well), toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, etc., basically all you need to cook up a gourmet meal in our spacious kitchen

The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with a hand carved mantel and quarter-sawn oak pillar/woodwork, library, parlor with piano, outdoor deck & seating, fenced back yard and wrap around porch. The whole place is yours to enjoy! There is a locked carriage house in the backyard that is storage only and not available for guest use (at the moment- we are hoping to remodel that soon!)

Fresh and clean, comfortable beds with soft linens, towels and all toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap).

Centrally located in the heart of downtown, easily walkable to Hot Springs pool, Amtrack train station, downtown shops, many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, historic downtown Glenwood Springs, Riverwalk, Two Rivers Park, Sayre Park, Doc Holliday's Trail, Boyscout and Red Mountain Trails. The Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Glenwood Canyon bike path, and Hanging Lake trailhead are just minutes away!

World-class resorts, Aspen and Vail, are just 45 minutes away. AIRPORTS: 25 mins from EGE Vail Airport, 40 mins from ASE Aspen Airport, 1 hr 15 mins from GJT Grand Junction Airport and 4 hrs from DEN Denver International Airport
Walk almost anywhere you need to go in town, or hop on our free bus, "Ride Glenwood ". Uber and local taxi services are also available.

This has been our family home for over 20 years, and we have loved every minute of living in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs. We have put hours of labor and love into making this property available for your use - we sure hope you love it as much as we do!

Wonderful Gathering Place

As a group of six women we truly enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of the house. We were all able to gather at the kitchen table to sip coffee in the morning and gather around in the living room to sip wine in the evening. The kitchen was huge, and we regretted we weren't able to stay longer and cook up some meals. All and all a wonderful visit.

We love the vibe of living in the heart of town! This house is just a half a block from Grand Ave, and just 1.5 to 3 blocks to ALL of the downtown restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shops, train station, etc. The famous Hot Springs Pool is about a 10 min walk (less than a mile), and the Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park are about 1 mile away. The Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort is 25 mins away, and the Aspen, Snowmass, and Vail Resorts are 45 mins to 1 hour away.
