This home comfortably sleeps 10 people. For full home occupancy of 12 adults, 2 sofas turn into full-sized futons.

Relax in the spacious spa room with a 4-6 person hot tub, retro refrigerator, and body dryer, while enjoying nature views.

Guest access
Important Community Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 2 business days before check-in.
Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $30 change fee will apply.
Vehicle Registration: Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and a valid driver's license upon entry into the community.
Other things to note
Parking:
There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
The garage is not available.

Policies:
No smoking inside of the home, no events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. All dogs must be registered with the community, please send breed, age, name, color, and gender upon booking. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.

This community will have these amenities available beginning on Memorial Day: Outdoor Swimming Pool, Community Lakes and Beaches, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Picnic Areas. Enjoy all these amenities at no extra charge! Inside the home, we provide 12 amenity passes. Children under 5 years old do not need a pass.
