A little noisy for the price

There was too much noise due to being close to road and windows and walls not insulated from noise either outside or between units. The people upstairs had 3 dogs that barked incessantly and one of them ran up and bit my dog ( As i was picking my dog up !). Renovation was happening from 7:30 am to 6 pm every day ( no naps allowed!), and washing machine sounded like a plane taking off. I will say, at least the person working down stairs and helping out was very friendly.

A/C vent in MBR was blocked by bed

Condo was comfortable but the kitchen was a bit outdated. A/C vent in MBR was blocked by the bed so the room didn’t cool enough. The fan in the MBR was noisy and there were no curtains in the bedrooms and some of the blinds were ripped or broken. The blinds allowed too much light to come through very early in the morning. The location is fantastic as it is extremely close to the beach.

Great location but house needs TLC for price

Location is ideal but the house needs attention. First time using VRBO and probably won't ever rent through them again. The fees were outrageous and the inside of the house was not worth the price.

Very umpleasent stay at this location

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: definety I will never recomend this property to nobody, if you really want fo stay in a clean,safe rental. this is NOT the place for you. Bathrooms is bad shape, door knob broken, rusted barbecue grill and door, dirty kitchen, not enough cooking utensils, the fridge is in bad shape and dirty, not ive maker on fridge, dishwasher broken, trash can in kitchen broken, not dustpan in the property or mop. Bed headboard is broken, window blinds broken, . Please dont waste your money on this property. and dont make your vacation an horror movie by renting this place.
