There is access to nature trails within the neighborhood and quick access to the beach and restaurants of both Gulf Place (Shunk Gulley, Pecan Jacks, Perfect Pig, Papa Surf Burger, Local Catch, Stinky's) and Blue Mountain (Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish, BM Creamery/Bakery, Mimmos). BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights Regional public beach is a short drive/ golf cart ride away (.5 miles). There are restrooms, showers and parking (22 car and dedicated golf cart). Coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.
