Amazing property, one of the best we’ve stayed in in over 15 years of home stays. We were in a jam and needed a place to move into quickly. This beautiful property was available and the host was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early. An understatement to say that the property, and the host, saved our family vacation. Beautiful spaces- we loved hanging out outside and in the hot tub! Kitchen was amazing for our cooking and family meals. Double washer dryer situation was incredible for our group of 8. Would love to stay again!

Steven, thank you for such a kind review, and for trusting us on short notice when your plans changed. We're glad the early check-in made the transition easier and that the hot tub, kitchen, and laundry setup carried a group of 8 through the week without a hitch. Comments like "15 years of home stays" and "one of the best" mean a lot to us. We'd love to have you back anytime.

The house was amazing and so was the host who responded quickly to every question we had and checked in on us multiple times. He gave us great dinner recommendations as well. We will definitely rent the house next time we visit Lexington again.

Glen, coming all the way from Chicago for a few days at 300 Sherman Ave and leaving the kind of text you sent mid-stay — that made my week. When you said the house was amazing and asked about italX, I figured you'd like it, but hearing back that you loved it was the best kind of confirmation. That place earns it every time. Really glad the team and I were able to stay on top of things throughout your stay. Quick responses are something we take seriously, so it means a lot that you noticed. Come back anytime you're heading to Lexington — the house will be ready for you. Seth

Susan, a kitchen stocked with everything you actually need, right down to the grilling gear, is the kind of detail that makes a stay feel genuinely easy. The flexibility through three date changes is exactly the experience every guest deserves. The neighbourhood's restaurants and stores are worth a return trip on their own.

A perfect choice for a cousins' reunion. The floor plan is open, spacious and tastefully decorated. The open kitchen and great room plan facilitated our ongoing conversation even as we prepared food and cleaned up. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for the member with limited mobility and having bedrooms upstairs as well as the basement helped with dividing up family groups Each person had their own bedroom and bathroom-fabulous not to share. The management team proved quick to respond to any question and eager to help. I loved the energy of the owner and manager. The back parking pad made parking a breeze and we liked being off street. The house had an indoor gas fireplace and an outside porch gas fireplace which was a great touch though in the end we didn't use them.It would be a fun winter retreat with fires going and hot tub in use-maybe next time. The house feels fresh as if newly renovated. It's a gem!
