This private terrace level unit includes an upscale kitchen for cooking. Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Ideally located minutes from the Texas Medical Center, Rice University, the Museum District, downtown Houston, Reliant Stadium and the MetroRail System. Guests can access all the facilities and amenities at this property. Pool. fitness center, game room, yoga studio etc. Available through text 7am-12am There is a game room on the second floor, study rooms, and other amenities for you to enjoy! There is a Fitness Center with Pilates/Yoga Room & Well Beats Fitness, yoga room, Cyber Café, Five Outdoor Eating Areas with Lushly Landscaped Courtyards and Outdoor Kitchen and Grills available for your use. If you have any issues finding any amenities there is a front desk available to assist with inquiries from 8am-5pm. Luxurious Pool Modern living has never looked so beautiful. This means you can place your trash bins outside of your apartment between the hours of 6pm and 9pm and have it picked up for you. Valet Trash pIck-up occurs everyday except Friday's and Saturdays. Trash bins should be returned back inside by 9am the following day. If trash is left outside of these hours, there will be an $75 association fee. Week Stay for MD Anderson Appointments
My spouse and I stayed here for approximately a week for appointments at MD Anderson. The property was in a perfect location in my opinion, literally less than a 5 minute drive to MD. We really liked the free parking aspect. The check in process was smooth compared to other VRBO’s we’ve stayed at in a downtown area. Dana’s instructions were very clear and concise. The unit was perfect for us as there were only two of us staying. We wanted a place where we could make a few meals instead of having to eat out for every meal. The kitchen was stocked with all of the pots, pans and dishes we needed, along with some basic cooking essentials. This was nice! We felt the unit was clean and met our needs for our stay. Thank you again Dana for the excellent communication and for allowing us to stay in your home. Kristi and Chris

Ideal location
This was a great location if you have business at any of the medical facilities in Houston. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area as I relaxed. The bed was comfy. The hosts were superior in their communication. We will most definitely stay again as we come to Houston annually!

Great location to the main hospitals
Only a short walk to the many hospitals. The apartment meet our needs and had very nice amenities inside the building complex. The unit did have a lot of ants. We also were provided with one towel and one wash cloth per person and no hand towels. For a longer stay that would not be adequate so you might want to pack some.
