Not worth the price
The positives:
1. Having an end unit was very nice.
2. Having a Publix was convenient.
3. The garbage is picked up everyday.
The negatives:
1. The apartment is very bare bones.
2. The pictures on VRBO give you the impression that the furniture is quality, etc. However, the furniture is about the lowest quality available.
3. Communication by the management group was minimal. 4. Everything is far away. Tennis courts: 1.5 mi. Main pool: 1 mi. B-ball court: 2 mi.
5. A micro pool comes with the apartment but pool heat is not included. Also, the pool seemed to be over chlorinated.
6. Next, the television is WAY too small for the size of the LR.
7. It was listed as max 10 people. Many families would want to get together and have kids sleep on the floor understanding that "accommodates 10" means 'how many bed spaces are available.' However, less than a week before our arrival we received a threatening email that made it crystal clear that 10 people was all you were allowed or else! (Even though many other properties had huge groups.) Of course, by then it's too late to cancel and try to find another place to stay. This is dealing in bad faith on their part. No other property on site seemed to care how many people were staying.
8. Inflexibility. Us: "Can we check out one hour later?" Them: "It is not possible."
9. You can't receive any packages unless you purchase from Amazon.
