This house is equipped with a stair lift for the main entry way. Should your party need to use it for your reservation, please let us know and we will make sure it is made accesible for your stay. 

As you enter this Marathon Florida rental home, the open floor plan kitchen, living room and dining area is flooded with natural light, provides a space to catch your bearings before exploring the rest of the home. Light tile floors and neutral wall color embrace the waterfront vibe of the property. To your right, is the master suite, complete with private balcony, overlooking the canal. To the left of the kitchen are two other gorgeously decorated guest rooms, and expansive laundry area. Off the main living room is a smaller room with a sofa bed, perfect to serve as an extra sleeping space. 

In the spacious gourmet kitchen of your Luxury Marathon Vacation Rental, which boasts a breakfast bar, you have everything you need. All of the cookware, a coffee maker, toaster, and dishes are ready for you to use. The kitchen has a stove, oven, and microwave, so you can cook up your favorite dishes right at home.

The kitchen opens to a cozy living room area. A Smart TV is ready for your use so you can enjoy a full range of entertainment options during your vacation. The living room opens to the furnished terrace, which boasts canal views. This terrace has a dining table, perfect for dining al fresco and additional seating to start your day with a cup of coffee while soaking in the sounds and smells of the ocean.

On the ground floor of the home, a large dining table and furnished patio await. There is also a fourth bedroom with a Queen murphy bed and private bathroom which can also serve as the pool bathroom. A trip to the Florida Keys is not complete without some time on the water, and this Marathon Florida vacation rental makes that easy as well! It has maximum dock space of 35 feet. The pool is surrounded by tons of seating options and lush landscaping, with a view of the canal.

This house has a mobility stairlift that is accessible to guests upon request. Please let us know if you or a party member requires use of the lift during your stay and we will make certain it is available for you. 

Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee per pet of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply. 

Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

"The house is beautiful and more than stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everything was thought of including even puzzles and games. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return! Coco Plum answered any questions we had immediately. We kept our boat at the easily accessible dock that is at the house and never had any issues! It was great to have an ice machine and bait fridge. There is a lot more that is provided with the house that one would not even think of!!"
