Not good
Dirty crinkled sheets and bad run-down condition. Shower didn't work, internet didn't work, closed was packed with some stuff and there was no place for storage that was advertised. Although location and vibe of this tiny apartment is nice. It is suitable for few days, but not for 50 nights that I booked. When i complained, I've been offered a different abatement, which was much nicer, however none of the services that were promised were provided - no filtered water, no cleaning, no clothes rack, and most importantly, no internet. I've been told that I over used the internet and now because of me all building have issues, which is laughable, because I've been promised free WIFI, no limits were stated to me, and internet didn't work for all time of my stay. Additionally property management overcharged $70 for some fee that were not disclosed during purchasing. When asked to refund - I was denied multiple times. When I moved out, I've been promised a refund for dates that I didn't stay, verbo didn’t refund their fees at all. When i said i am moving out, I've been sent a cleaning lady, who actually did an amazing job. Overall very disappointed as I had to move twice with my cat, who get super anxious and look for an apt on very short notice. After all this mess, i don't think the refund was sufficient, you can find way better places for this price with less stress.
