Pros: 1. Condo is located on the end of Gulf Shore Drive right next to Noreiga point. Therefore it is very quiet.
2. Condo does not face the Harbor, which helps with sound. Also, from the balcony there is a great view of the pool and boats going back and forth at East Pass.
3. The furniture in the condo was updated and in great condition. The beds were especially very comfortable!
4. The appliances were new and worked great.
5. The finishes were updated.
Cons: 1. The furniture on the balcony was old, peeling and falling apart. The cushions were dirty, old and ripped.
2. The drapes in the bedrooms provided privacy, but did not block the light. Because of where the condo is located near the front of the building, the bedrooms were lit up all night like a search light was targeted onto the windows.
3. The sheets were threadbare, and the bed "covering" instead of a blanket or comforter was a thin piece of quilted material. There were no extra blankets provided.
4. The pillows were old, lumpy, or flat, and frankly stunk. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows.
5. The provided towels were too small; especially the bath towels, and were all old and incredibly thin and scratchy.
6. Entrance was by electronic lock, which didn't work for us twice, but the owners were easy to reach and we got in.
This place has great potential- and hopefully the issues will be fixed.
