Crystal Tower Condominiums is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Stay away from this one - Beach Get Aways manages

I cannot say enough terrible things. Property mangers at this location have no idea what customer service is! They let themselves right in our condo while we were there! I wasn’t dressed, no one answered do they just came right in! To drop off and insect strip! As if that would help!! Condo not clean, no trash bags, a/c not working properly, no armbands we’re provided even though I asked 4 different times. Property staff harassed and humiliated our party. I have never been treated this way at Gulf Shores. Town is wonderful please go- whatever you do just stay away from this condo!! I could go on and on but you get the idea.

Fun & relaxing

Some confusion when checking in because door didn’t have keypad. Wasn’t informed about it being in stairwell. Condo was clean & access to everything was right on. Would stay again.

Our stay in gulf shores

The amenities at the condo abd the views were great! Although the condo wasn't cleaned very well prior to our visit. Bed sheets weren't washed. The doors & trim were dirty from other peoples hands & the couches didnt look very clean either. They were brown in quite a few spots.

Everything we had hoped for and more.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and it was everything we had hoped for. We stayed in Crystal Towers 1301 and it was beautiful and very clean. We will most definitely be back.
