Beautiful home in an ideal location. Gracious and communicative hosts. Close to shopping and restaurants, and just far enough away from campus for peace and quiet when needed. Highly recommend Bill and Maryellen's lovely home.

Great VRBO that we stayed in during our family weekend at PSU. Home was clean and cozy! We loved the outside firepit! Owner was kind, thoughtful and responsive!

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located for everywhere we wanted to go. I always love trips back to Happy Valley, and it’s even better when you have somewhere homey to stay.

Great experience staying here. Lovely home, great kitchen, very clean. Perfect spot for a wonderful weekend at Penn State. Thanks to the Moen's for hosting us.

The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Owner was communicative and helpful. Perfect weekend getaway for a football weekend. We enjoyed our stay.

This home had many amenities. Host was responsive and communicative. House is very close to Penn State University for any college activities but not walkable to the stadium or university. We were a group of 3 couples in our 50s spending a weekend for a PSU whiteout football game. Compared to getting 3 hotel rooms, there was a nice amount of space for 6 adults to hang out together. Pricing was similar to a paying for 3 hotel rooms. We would have liked the beds to be a little more comfortable (I.e.- upstairs bedroom- a full bed is a little tight for a couple; basement sleeping- the queen Murphy bed configuration made it difficult for 1 person to get out of bed because they were up against a wall, one twin was a cot which wasn’t as sturdy but we knew the configurations before booking so it was fine for a weekend but we did not enjoy a super restful sleep.)

Very well kept home

The owners had everything you could need in a weekend stay. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the items that made you feel at home. I would recommend this vrbo to others who are looking for a home away from home.

Great Stay

We had a great weekend stay here celebrating a PSU graduation. Location to campus was fantastic. Home was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. Meticulous backyard to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Bill was quick to respond to any questions.

Amazing Stay

House was immaculate and just 8 minutes from the PSU campus. All accommodations were in perfect order. Bill is an awesome host and will Make Possibilities Real. Definitely planning on another stay for a football game.

PSU Parents Weekend

House & property were wonderful, clean & nicely stocked with supplies you may need. Lovely neighborhood. Short ride to PSU campus or easy to get an Uber ride.

Penn State House

Nice house and very clean, owners responsive online. I believe they usually have cats there, would note for families with allergies.

We have two Shih Tzu dogs that do not shed so there is no dog hair floating around the house. We do not have cats.

Very nice place

The house was cozy & clean! This was our second stay at the property. The owners do a wonderful job with all the special touches. Plenty of towels, and almost anything extra you may have forgot. The owners are very accessible if you need them or have any issues. They are Very nice people and nice property.

Great Escape for a WHITE OUT!

We usually are RV warriors however not knowing the weather in November we decided to book a house for the WHITE OUT weekend and we are so glad we did! The location was so close to downtown and Beaver Stadium. The house was spotless and had all the amenities that we needed. We will certainly book again!

PSU Graduation

Beautiful and comfortable home, minutes from campus. If it wasn’t for the rain, we would have throughly enjoyed the yard and park nearby. Wonderful hosts and very easy to work with! We felt guilty not having to do anything on our way out!

Perfect Property minutes away from Penn State University

Super clean and convenient property a stone’s throw from PSU. Served as our home base during the college football playoff weekend. We truly enjoyed the basement / family room area for gathering to watch TV after the Penn State game. Communication with the homeowner was exceptionally timely and there were a host of thoughtful extra touches including chocolates on the beds, access to fresh produce from an indoor tower garden, and the use of a folding table for our tailgate. Would recommend highly for anyone looking to stay in close proximity to the University.

Located in a quiet neighborhood this rental really was a home. The owners were more than helpful; they were also thoughtful. A great experience about which others in my group of PSU fans could not say enough good things. Thank you.

Lovely clean home

The house was very nice with a lovely backyard and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. It took us a while to figure out how to use the induction stovetop and maybe we should have been more savvy but we would have appreciated instructions from the owner though they were extremely responsive when we had a question. We can’t say enough good things about our stay.
