Multiple seating areas are strategically positioned around the private pool, which is completely covered by the elevated home and deck. There’s also an outdoor dining table and room to grill your fresh catch or some Texas ribeye steaks.

Head upstairs to the large main level deck for more cozy seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The wall of windows welcomes you inside, where you’ll find bright & airy open living & dining spaces. A bold teal couch and comfortable side chairs, all in luxe fabrics are the perfect spots to catch up on your favorite shows or family stories. The nearby dining table seats 10 comfortably with a mix of chairs and bench seating. 4 additional guests can pull up a stool at the kitchen’ breakfast bar, complete with a waterfall edge countertop. The en suite full bath features a large trough-style sink and a luxurious walk-in shower with double shower heads and built-in benches. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
