The guest bedroom is cute, cozy, and perfect for children. There are two twin beds with a trundle tucked neatly underneath that can be opened to make three twins. It is decorated with beautiful, coral artwork, includes a full sized closet and wall-mounted TV, and opens to a private balcony, overlooking the FIN property and South Church Street.

Between the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms is another full bathroom with a very modern, sleek design.

The open concept kitchen/living area reflects the beautiful tropical island, beach vibe. It has a large TV with reclaimed wood look. On the adjacent, private balcony, there is a cute teak wood high table and chairs, perfect for enjoying happy hour cocktails, or a cup of coffee as the sun rises and sets. The large comfy, yet modern sofa is perfect for hosting.

Additional amenities enhance guests’ comfort and convenience including a separate laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, and ample closet and storage space throughout the unit.
