Nice decor and great location

You can tell a lot of thought went into preparing this perfect little home base. It had everything we needed and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which was a nice welcome. We had to park on the street, but didn’t find that to be difficult. At least it was free. The unit was really clean and we enjoyed staying here for our Vancouver adventure.

Great for a pit stop!

We stayed he one night between skiing in Cypress and Whistler and it was great! Not super walkable but we didn’t need that for our plans. Very clean and the fireplace was nice. Only downside is you have to park in the street and we ended up having to walk a couple blocks because we arrived pretty late but parking was still free!

Comfortable and quiet while close to main thoroughfares

Beautifully furnished and decorated property. Possibly one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen; smallish but had everything you could possibly need. Had great sleeps and enjoyed using this as my retreat while helping a kiddo with a move.

I’m Dominika - an architect/designer/traveler based in the Pacific coastline and mountain range in Beautiful British Columbia with my husband & our sweet son. I started designing homes and interiors at university and I have been able to continue for many years now.

I spend most of my time nesting and running various projects.

I am deeply grateful for cozy days at home, exploring new places, finding new unique properties, making fresh food, winter days on the mountain & sunny days by the ocean. Life really can be so sweet.

This brand-new boutique 1 bed 1 bath townhome with a private entrance from the street is part of a new townhome development that was finished in 2022. Designed to appear larger than it is by using a careful choice of materials, textures, and colors. The result is a warm and cozy space that feels like an oasis in the heart of the city.

The entrance leads from a short hallway to the combined kitchen and living area. A linear kitchen with stainless appliances, all cookware, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a comprehensive drawer of spices to make your stay feel like home. You will also have basic ingredients like oil, coffee, tea and cream.

The color palette combined with the clever use of materials connects the different zones seamlessly by creating a sense of space.

The living area is designed for you to relax, read a book, and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The natural materials and furniture such as the rustic life edge log coffee table and the decorative fireplace, create the perfect mountain ambiance.

Separated from the living area, the bedroom is designed to be the coziest space with a 5* Endy mattress for a comfortable night's rest. The room also has a 55" smart TV for you to stream your favourite shows. The bedroom's strategic use of mirrors on either side of the bed amplifies the available light from the window and enables the room to feel larger and brighter.

The unit is also equipped with a washer/dryer in case you need to do some laundry while you're here.
