This property is about 5 min from Las Olas, shopping, and the beach! And it's nestled perfectly in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Victoria Park.
We wanted guests to feel the energy of all of the elements that make up our wonderful home here on planet earth, without losing out on luxury. Each detail has been hand selected or made to enhance our guests experience. Whether you're in the calming water room, thunderous air room, beautiful earth room, or fiery fire room; there's something for everyone to love!
Guest may enjoy all area in the home except for those areas that have been purposefully locked. Please do not tamper with any of the security alarm systems, cameras, or other smart technology that has been preset with a timer! If you have any questions, just reach out at any time and we'll be happen to address any concerns.
My partner and I respond relatively quickly on the app! But if you find yourself in need of immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to call us on the phone numbers provided on the app.
We may be available for check ins however, more often than not, you will be able to do a self check in!
Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood that has a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting and centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer!
At the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd there's a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store right across the street! Just a few blocks away from our home. There's a park a few blocks away and Las Olas and the beach is just about 5 min away!
Check-in time is 4pm / Check-out time is 11am.

**House Rules**
We have created this house rules sheet to preserve the integrity of your stay and future stays while also respecting the home and neighborhood! Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. We understand that people are not a “one size fits all” category, so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns in this document. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!
Mi casa, tu casa! But you wouldn’t intentionally damage or mess up your home, would you? We ask that you treat our property as if it was your very own as well! Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you happen to notice anything broken when you arrive, please contact us to let us know.
We also ask that you please watch noise levels at night. We love our neighbors! They’re nice, we’re nice to them, and we hope you are nice to them too! Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are interested in an early check in, please reach out to us and we will let you know what the additional cost would be.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $150/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accommodate these requests however we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Should we experience any cancellations or losses in our calendar arising from any check out related complications from you or any guests, you will be charged for the next booking. Prior to leaving please place a load of regular towels and beach towels to wash. This will help our cleaners get a heads start for our next guest. There are always a total of 12 TidePods for use. 10 for our guests to use if desired and 2 for this last required load. *You will not be charged for the use of the last 2 TidePods for the required wash.*
*Upon checking out, please make sure that our house looks reasonably neat- just like the way you found it. Although we pride ourselves on cleanliness, we do not expect you to scrub it clean but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Deposit
A security deposit may be required to reserve the home, depending on a few various factors. Please reach out to us prior to booking to find out if we will require one for your stay. The deposit is held to prevent damages/inconveniences from occurring. The deposit will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*No excessive cleaning is required
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.
Any types of damages or inconveniences that occur like the ones listed above will be subject to additional fees.
Identification Required
Must be 25 and up to rent. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 72 hours of booking (if booking in advance) or prior to entering the premises if you have a reservation starting soon to the AIRBNB chat. Please note if this is not provided we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund.
Locals Booking With Us
If you’re a local or were a local, this information needs to be disclosed to us. Failure to do so can lead to us canceling your reservation without a refund.
Security
When you leave the property and at night, please make sure all doors are locked and secured. Even though our home is in a safe neighborhood, we take the safety of our guests very seriously. Our security protocol includes 4 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices. The cameras are located in the following common areas: the entryway by the front door, above the garage/driveway, the side patio walkway, and the backyard pool area. The sound level detection devices are located on each level of the house. One is attached to the ceiling in the kitchen area and another in the ceiling of the second floor hallway near the laundry room.
Please note: These devices are not meant to micro-manage our guests. We do not have time to monitor or watch your every move. It is solely there to monitor any suspicious activity that will trip the alarms and cause us concern. In which case, we will check on the safety of our guests immediately.
Common Concerns
By booking this home, you acknowledged that scuff marks on the wall do not constitute as an unclean/unsanitary home or a misleading/altered representation of the images online. We do have our house managers scheduled monthly to come out and retouch the paint, however, in between this timeframe, it is possible for other guests to create new scuff marks in the home.
You further acknowledge, that the hot tub/pool (if applicable) may have sand minor debris inside. The hot tubs get drained every couple of weeks and as our guests typically enjoy the nearby beaches, sand is a typical occurrence in these areas. Pools are serviced with chemicals and provided a clean weekly, sometimes this can cause blurry water that typical clears in a few hours. The hot tubs get checked for their chemical balance in between each clean and added the proper chemicals accordingly. They get drained and refilled every two weeks. Fort Lauderdale water does have a yellow tint to it, so sometimes the water will appear discolored. (Please review the Manual Section Under “YELLOW WATER” for more information.
Parking
THERE ARE ONLY FOUR PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY FOR EACH UNIT. The garage will fit two vehicles and comes with a free Tesla charger. You will be able to use the keypad just outside of the garage to close it, but not to open it. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Our driveway will allow for 2 additional vehicles parked outside. Please DO NOT PARK on the grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. Even though it's a duplex, please only park on your unit's designated driveway. We will not be responsible for any parking tickets, parking boots, or towed vehicles.
Guest Interaction
We love to meet and greet all guests when possible. However, in today’s world, we understand that most people would rather skip the pleasantries. Because of this, we offer self-check-in with a door code. Please keep in mind that we have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present an ID. As long as your guests can confirm trip details, they too can reach out to us with any questions and concerns.
Guest Access
All areas of the property are for guest use unless there is a lock on it. Please do not tamper with any locks on the property unless we give our permission. All monitoring devices are not to be tampered with. This includes our cameras, noise detection devices, or any other preset technology placed on a timer.
