This waterfront property has a gradual slope to the water. Relaxing on the lake with the family has never been easy, until now! Enjoy an ideal Beaver Lake location when you book this Rogers vacation rental. This home has been newly updated with fresh paint and all bedrooms contain new memory foam mattresses and bedding- 2/2022. It sleeps 8 comfortably. It has a total of 2 bedrooms (one has additional oversized closet with bunkbeds) and 2 baths. The main level (upstairs) includes Kitchen, open living/dining area, Bedroom (King) and Full Bath with tub. The other bedrooms and bath are located downstairs. Unwind after days filled with hiking at Hobbs State Park, boating on the lake, enjoying concerts at the Walmart AMP or Rogers Railyard Park, or visiting Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art! Fish along the bank or flip on a movie on the Smart TV during an afternoon rain, and later enjoy a fire in the yard.

Great weekend getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was in the perfect location. The walk to the lake is a super quick walk. We went for my dad's birthday and he had the best time. He went fishing every morning and every night. We loved being able to sit out there way past dark and walking back to the house with no issue. Allison was a great hostess and answered all our questions fast. The house inside was perfect and just the right size. The bedroom downstairs had a great view of the lake. That was my mom's favorite part. And the patio was also perfect! We definitely plan having this be on the top of our lists for vacation spots and home to stay in.

Family & Bonus family vacation

Wonderful place to stay and relax! Easy walk to the water and beautiful views! The home was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! We cooked on the grill which was on the back deck and you could all hang out and look out over the water! We saw wildlife every evening.. so cool!! We would definitely come back! Not far from Eureka Springs and really close to Rogers. Perfect location!

Short Vacay

Picture perfect! Definitely a return visit in our future. Cabin was super clean, tastefully decorated, cozy and welcoming. Peaceful and beautiful views. Hosts response times were super quick.

Great extended weekend

Our stay at the house was the perfect place to unwind. We got to watch deer and lightning bugs from the patio, with the lake in the background. It had all of the necessities for a relaxing stay. There are a couple local restaurants just a short drive away that we took advantage of. The best part was making some coffee and walking down to the lake in the morning to start the day. Allison was also very quick to respond to any questions, we will definitely be coming back.
