Splash Time - sleeps 10

Welcome to Splash Time! Dive into the pool and cool off during the summer time. This cabin sleeps 10 guests. The main house has 1 king room, 1 bunk room with 4 twins, 1 pull out queen sofa bed, and 1.5 bathrooms. For more privacy, sleep the night away in the private guest house by the pool with a queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Splash Time has plenty of parking and is located close to the best amenities on the north side of Hochatown.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

"WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.
Below is a list of the items:

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.
