Welcome to your Surf 407, which is proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Enjoy your beachfront bedroom condo at the El Faro Condominiums. The unit also sits next to the historical and monumental Playa del Carmen lighthouse, which is right outside your patio.

The condo comes complete with air conditioning and wireless internet throughout. While the master suite has a king bed, television and en suite bathroom with his and her sinks, a shower and jetted tub. Ocean views can be enjoyed from both the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room also has a sleep sofa which sleeps an additional 2 people.

The lovely El Faro infinity pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas is a perfect way to laze around all day. If you'd like to dip in the warm ocean, the beachfront property offers easy access to the soft white sand. The El Faro Condos are located on 10th Street and the beach, only 2 blocks (a 1-minute walk) from the mile-long pedestrian boulevard, 5th Avenue, with it's myriad of dining and shopping options.

- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a Tourist zone; there may be noise, especially during vacations, since they are allowed by the authorities in legal schedules.

- Due to COVID-19 issues, visits are not allowed after 7 pm, they have to register at the reception with prior authorization.
- If you rent a car, there is parking onsite for $15 USD per night (reservation required).

MONTHLY PRICING:
- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
- First and Last month.
