Amazing vacation!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The house had everything we needed, whether it was hanging out or heading to the beach. The house was clean, organized and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were all nice. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool is a nice size and was very clean. The water temperature was comfortable and refreshing at 85 degrees. There is a larger patio table with comfy chairs for six. A couple of reclining chairs by the pool, and some nice lounge chairs with little built in side tables. The dock offered a great place to enjoy the canal. We saw multiple dolphins, a manatee and we even saw a Spotted Eagle Ray shoot out of the water and fly a few feet over the water! We also rented a pontoon boat for a day, so it was a nice to have a place to tie up when we needed to run back to the house. If you are looking to rent a boat, I definitely recommend either Isle of Capri Marina, or Rose Marina. We've had great experiences at both. Isle of Capri Marina is nice because you have the Island Gypsy right there when you turn your boat back in. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to everything. Marco Island Vacation Properties was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Check in/out was super easy and they were very communicative through the whole process/vacation. Overall a great experience and awesome vacation. Would definitely stay here again!!!
