Bright and inviting in-law apartment, located in a peaceful neighborhood , walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport, otherwise known as Dock Square . You'll have convenient access to all of Kennebunkport's attractions - walk to restaurants, bars, art galleries, fishing trips, lobster tours, whale watches, and more. You will be in close proximity to Gooch's Beach, Middle and Mother's Beach ( parking pass provided for the Kennebunk Beaches).

Kennebunkport is best known for its amazing beaches, scenic lighthouses and, of course, lobster, clams, and other fresh, local seafood. Like many small, coastal towns in Maine, Kennebunkport is a historic fishing village turned seaside tourist destination.

Within the apartment, discover a cozy gas-burning fireplace, a queen-size bed, and a spa-like bathroom (custom tile shower only, sorry no tub!). Couples will appreciate the convenience of the double vanity, ensuring a seamless transition from adventures to evenings on the town.

- To rent this property, guests must be 25 years of age or older.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE
- Toiletries/essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
- There is free parking available for 1 vehicle (off street parking), look for sign.
- Max of one dog, under 50lbs, per reservation- the yard is not fenced in. The owners of the property also have a dog, please
use your best judgement if you bring a dog.
- Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Don't forget to log out.

IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking and purchase a damage waiver for a small fee ($35 per booking) The damage waiver is in place to protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
