Upon entering, you will be greeted with an open concept living space on the main level.
LIVING ROOM:
-The living room has comfortable couches, a coffee table, and a large smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure. (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps)
DINING AREA:
-There is a dining table to seat 6-8 people.
KITCHEN:
-Large open kitchen layout.
-New stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertop, and well stocked with everything you will need.
-There is a half bathroom on the main floor right off the kitchen.
THEMED GAME ROOM:
-At the back of the house, called the "Coke Room"
-This room has a "Coca-Cola" inspired Atlantic City wall mural hand painted by a very talented local artist, Kenneth Lazan of Lazan Design.
-There is also a "Coca-Cola" high top table and stools, a smart TV, a Pac-Man Arcade style game, and other games to hang out and have some fun with!
-There are sliding glass doors in this room that go out to a small deck that overlooks the backyard.
-There are Adirondack chairs on the deck so you can relax in the outdoor space.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
This home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms upstairs on the second level. (The beds sizes in total include: 1 King Bed, 3 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed)
BEDROOM 1- Master Bedroom suite has a comfortable King Size Bed with luxurious linens, a large smart TV, 2 bucket chairs and a full master bathroom.
BEDROOM 2- 1 Twin Bed and 1 Queen Bed with a smart TV.
BEDROOM 3- 2 Queen Beds with a smart TV.
All the bedrooms have luggage racks and closets for your convenience.
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests have access to the entire home, front porch, backyard and driveway during their stay.
-Please note that this is an attached home.
-We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors.
KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is a 2 car driveway at the back of the home available for guests to use.
-There is also free street parking in front of the home where available.
-Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL:
-We will not have access to the mailbox, so we advise to either not ship items there or to add "leave at door" to your delivery instructions.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Classic Clubhouse", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
