The top floor of the expansive 3,500 sq ft house features a luxurious master bedroom with a King bed, fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom equipped with Kohler shower amenities. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a Queen and Twin bed, and the other with a Queen bed. A guest bathroom on this floor offers a relaxing soaking bathtub/shower and dual sinks.

Moving to the lower level, you’ll find a comfortable fourth guest bedroom with two Full beds, accompanied by a guest bathroom with a shower. The spacious den is perfect for relaxation, with a massive flat-screen TV, reclining sofas, and a cozy fireplace. Should additional sleeping arrangements be needed, two roll-away twin cots are available for use in this area.

The main level of the house is designed for both functionality and comfort. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with an array of appliances to cater to your cooking needs. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bright and cozy sunroom features heated floors, providing a perfect spot to unwind. Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance as you settle in with a good book and listen to the soothing waves of Lake Michigan while enjoying your morning coffee or observing the graceful deer. The large family dining table offers ample seating, while the freshly furnished living room invites you to relax by the fireplace. A private executive office equipped with a large desk, monitor and printer is also available for those who need to attend to work matters, and a convenient half bath completes this level.

Family fun is guaranteed with the assortment of games, puzzles, and even a PAC-MAN arcade machine available for entertainment. Explore the neighborhood on the courtesy bikes (2 adult, 2 children) or stroll to the neighborhood playground. Additionally, for families with young children, two pack-n-plays and high chairs are provided to ensure their comfort and convenience.

Please note: Beaches in this Black River neighborhood are private and renters are not allowed to trespass on beachfront property. There are free public beaches nearby. This property does not have beach frontage, but is located very close to the limited public access point were you can view the lake (sunrises and sunsets are beautiful!), or take a stroll along the water.
