Welcome to BHAM! Our place is fully renovated and has comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen.
Comfort and cleanliness are our top priorities so you can truly feel relaxed and at home.
Enjoy time in the heart of downtown which is less than 10 minutes away. Easy access to the interstate makes it a great home base for events in the surrounding area.

*9 minutes to Protective Stadium
*15 minutes to Samford

The space
This home offers real hardwood floors throughout with an open concept living area with plenty of natural light.

We enjoy cooking so have equipped the kitchen to our standards with quality cookware and hope you can easily and comfortably cook up what you need. We also value good drinking water and have installed a top of the line filtration system in the refrigerator, purifying both the water and ice.

The living area has a sectional sofa, cheerful dining nook, and access to a lovely side-porch with BBQ grill. (Checkout the sunset from here or the front window- beautiful!!)

The living room fireplace is original and for ambiance only - not for use.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with king beds. Sleep well on our quality mattresses and crisp white bed linens. Each room also has a ceiling fan, smart TV, white noise machine, and blackout shades on each window.

There is a quality airbed available for use in the living area. The sectional is also comfortable for sleeping and clean sheet sets are available for both.

Other things to note:
No smoking inside or outside. Please do not book if you smoke.

The BHAM Beauty is not in a neighborhood. It is on a section of tree lined parkway across from a golf course.

There is some street noise as to be expected staying in town. It is set back from a well traveled road with a large front yard and has a private feel. The back yard is wooded. Use caution with small children outside due to the woods and road.

The home is easily accessed from the interstate, which makes it easy to get anywhere in the Birmingham metro.

Enjoy a breath of fresh air in our comfortable home with still many conveniences about a mile away - such as Chick-Fil-A and Milo's (two staples here in Alabama) as well as Krispy Kreme donuts- look out for when the "HOT DONUTS" sign is on and grab yourself a free glazed.
Walmart is also a quick drive down the road for any essentials you may need. It's a super convenient home-base to explore all the Birmingham area has to offer.

Adorable Property!

This little jewel of a home was just what we needed for our stay in Birmingham! Clean, comfortable and well appointed, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing here in our down time from wedding festivities. We had everything we needed and the owners thoughtfully put labels or cute signs on everything which helped us know which switches were which and how to operate things! Beds were very comfortable and linens were pristine! This property is a little off the "beaten path", but we never felt unsafe.

Beautiful house

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The house is decorated very cute. The only negative thing I would say about the house is its location. It sits in a really busy road and so you hear cars all night long. However, they did provide sound machines in both bedrooms.

The rental was very nice. This was one of the nicest rentals I have stayed in. Beds weee comfortable and everything was very clean and homey. The only “complaint,” and this was no fault of the owner, was the noise from street racing happening on the Saturday night of our stay.

Beautiful little place!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! This little place has been remodeled for VRBO use. It’s set up perfectly. Owners are nice and easily reachable. It has everything you’d need. We grilled and cooked and fed a big group and played card games at the table. The beds are so comfy!! We loved it!

Perfect size for us

Very nice home with very nice renovations and updates. We were there for a baseball tournament for the week and this home fit our needs perfectly; not too far from downtown and all the game locations. Once we got inside it is a beautifully appointed home with plenty of room for the three of us. We would definitely stay here again if back in the Birmingham area.

Great rental!

We have stayed at many places over the years and this one was one of the best. It was very clean and well kept. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. It was beautifully decorated with neat little touches throughout. But what really set it apart was all the little touches like toys and games for the family, the well-stocked coffee bar, the extra blankets in the ottoman, and even a custom word puzzle on the wall in the bathroom. Overall I wish every place we stayed was this nice.

Wonderful Home and Hosts

My family and I were in town for a week long baseball tournament and the house was perfect for our stay. It was less expensive than the team hotel with more space and the super important availability to be able to wash clothes! The kitchen was well stocked and the Keurig station with coffee mugs and variety of coffee was a nice touch! The house was clean and you can tell that care was put into each detail to ensure a comfortable stay for travelers.

Great visit with our daughter

We had a great visit to Birmingham to visit our daughter, who goes to UAB. The house was very clean and all the necessities were provided plus a few extras! We were able to visit with her and enjoy just hanging out at the house since there was plenty of room. It was also close to the interstate so getting places around town was simple. I would definitely recommend this home. Also, the owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

This home was perfect for our short stay in Birmingham. Convenient to downtown and many attractions. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable!! The only downfall was that it is on a busy highway and the traffic is loud. I am a light sleeper so I didn’t sleep well with that, however it did not bother my family…they slept great! Overall…it was a great stay and I will rebook in the future!

Overall our stay was very good. The host was very easy to reach and would get back to me immediatly. We ended up buying handclothes because we we re o ly provided with 2. The house looks newly renovated. Only small thing i would suggest would be a full size ironing board.

Awesome BHAM property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host Stephanie was very responsive and the property has some amazing upgrades. We had everything we could possibly need for the 2 day stay. Everything in the home was labeled which made life so much simpler with light switches etc. The coffee/tea bar was superb. It’s worth mentioning that it’s off a busy street and the interstate is right behind the house. So you can hear traffic throughout the day and night but they do have noise cancellation devices in each rooms. It is wasn’t much of a problem for us. I loved this property and if we are ever in Birmingham again, I’d try to stay at this property all over again. I highly recommend.

Cute Place

Nice home for our couples visit to Birmingham, Irondale, and Hanceville, Alabama. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was always fast and pleasant. Wi-fi worked well. First impression on arrival was it may not be the safest area, but there is a nice golf course right across the street. And they have a camera outside. We had no safety issues. The home was clean and the living room and kitchen were very nice and roomy. We all enjoyed the coffee bar which was supplied and appreciated! There were no outlets close to the couch for plugging things in or charging devices, at least none that we could find. There were no dish towels in the kitchen as well. The shower-only bathroom was nicely renovated! Just be mindful that both bathrooms are tiny with no counter space for items. And the tub/shower combo bathroom has a subfloor issue with no support felt underneath the tub. We were afraid we may fall through the tub while standing in it. We brought this to the owner’s attention, so hopefully it will be addressed. The beds were very comfortable, and I’m very picky about beds! However there are two very loud roads around the house, which were so noisy during the night. We sleep with a sound machine (one is provided in each room which is a nice touch), but I still needed earplugs just to soften the noise. The small area behind the house had trash and debris and could use a little attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Bham!
