This was a great place for my family to stayfor the week! Very clean! Great Beach veiw! Had everything we needed right there! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would come back again! It was truly amazing!

The two double beds were very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch and my daughter slept in the bottom bunk. The view was perfect! Pool was always in the shade so laying by the pool for sun is impossible.

The location of this property is perfect. The ease of going to the beach is enough to make me stay here again.

We had a great stay in Destin at the most wonderful time of year: late Sep - Oct is less crowded and still warm enough to enjoy the beach and the water. The whole complex was very quiet during our stay.The 7 of us (2 adults and 5 kids) found the unit had plenty of space. The pictures are accurate as to beds (2 kings, two sets of twins) and bathrooms. The living room is huge, with a nice-sized L-shaped couch. We ate at the bar seats because not all of us could fit at the nook table, and it's too far from the kitchen.The unit came with several towel "sets" (a bath towel, hand towel, and face cloth) wrapped in plastic to indicate they were freshly cleaned. Nice touch. All surfaces were freshly cleaned.The kitchen was well-stocked: pots & pans, cups & plates, cookware & silverware, even Tupperware! We ate in every night. The fridge was spacious and the other appliances worked. (There was a brand new Keurig in the unit. I think because we requested it because we were told there wouldn't be one.) We got 5 trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, dishsoap and sponge.The hosts were great. The fridge needed 2 minor fixes and they were handled same day. (The pool is super cold, as it never gets direct sunlight, and I don't think the heater was ever on. The hot tub was very refreshing, tho.)The view of and sounds from the beach are incomparable. The pictures don't even do it justice. IF you want to be on the beach, there's no place better.

condo was very spacious - well stocked kitchen - excellent bedding - very comfortable- rockers on balcony were wonderful - loved the view -beach chairs and umbrella was a nice to have - was a wonderful time!!

Very spacious condo, well stocked kitchen. Great location, comfortable beds. We had a couple of things that the cleaning company had to notice and didn’t report, but once we reported they were taken care of pretty quickly. 3 beds/3baths are so appreciated!!

Can’t beat the view!

Wonderful week at the beach! Positives: 1st & foremost - THE VIEW!! The condo itself was nicely appointed & very spacious. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, dishes, utensils, baking dishes, serving ware, etc. The condo felt very clean - towels were wrapped in plastic & beds had a paper wrap on them so you know they were freshly laundered. Each bathroom had a guest kit with shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, bath gel. There was plenty of TP, PTs, garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods & 2 laundry pods. The pool is on the street side (vs beach side) which is nice b/c when it’s super windy on the beach side you can still use the pool. The couch was large & comfortable. Negatives: the neighbor upstairs and his child were SO loud it really put a damper on our week. You can hear every footstep, every time they opened/closed a cabinet or drawer, etc. It rattled the pendant lights & dishes. We didn’t hear voices or music/tv, just VERY loud walking/child running which was constant for some reason…it was like they never sat down!! The first night they were there, he was up all night…which kept us up all night. I reached out to the mgmt co, but they said they couldn’t do anything & suggested I contact the city if it continued. So I went up to the condo & shared with him that we could hear it so loudly. The noise continued through the days, but improved at night.The other negative was the master shower didn’t drain well (standing water) & took 2-3 minutes to get hot water every single time.
