On the water with private beach, sunsets and sunrises

Erin, I am sorry that you have given us such a terrible review. You had the maximum number of people in the home and all used the showers at the same time. I am not sure of many hot water systems that can with stand that type of usage. The house has a whole house ro system so even the showering water is cleaned before usage. We have never had this before but our system sent us an alert that you were constantly using the reservoir so it was not only that everyone was showeonf at the same time it was also that you were constantly using the showers at one time. Like I said we have never had that before even with the house being full of people. The home is on the bay as described and it is not constant but at times there are flies. That is also mentioned in the description. There is a preserved area across from us which makes rhe home very private. Maybe that is the marsh you are describing. Many have laid out on our beach and when I am enjoying our home, myself and my family do not come off the beach. I am sorry our beach didn't meet your expectations. I am so glad that it meets the expectations of 99 percent of our guest. Blessings to you and your family!

Hi Colin, Thank you for the review. We were just there and changed the filters. I saw the white calcium build up you are discussing, I washed all the dishes but I am not sure if that was from the detergent used, the filtration or from the filter in the dishwasher needing to be cleaned. Hi Jess, I am aorry that you decided to leave us such a terrible review. Thank you for acknowledging that their were no fruit flies when you arrived. We have never had a problem with fruit flies. You texted me continuously during your stay and ironically you never mentioned any fruit flies. Thank you for acknowledging that there were full rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. We do supply all four bathrooms with a roll of toilet paper but do not provide unlimited toilet paper for your stay. We do provide initial garbage bags in the cans but do not provide unlimited garbage bags for your stay. You do need to bring those. We provide a bar of soap in each bathroom that is good for hair and body but do not supply unlimited body and hair wash. You were quite upset that we didn't provide you with a sponge and were less then happy that you had a wash cloth to use. At the end of your stay you said that you found a small cob web in the corner of one of the windows. You sent a picture of the small web. We apologized. Many shore homes do not provide linens for the beds. We do provide linens for all 5 bedrooms. Our cleaners spend many hours cleaning the sheets, towels that we provide, scrubbing the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and couches. We have been complimented on the cleanliness of our home many times. We have never heard a complaint about dust or fruit flies. It is a bit to manage on our end when we rent our home out. Our cleaners also sent us pictures of the mess that you left in the sink, refrigerator and throughout the house after your stay. They had to spend extra time cleaning after your party of 8. We hope you have a better experience renting other homes in the future. Blessings, Jen

Thank you for your response. I am sorry for such a poor number. Yes, the home is really about being directly on the beach with private beach and long beach walks. There is room indoors but the outdoors are extremely unique and hard to find elsewhere. Thanks
